Area of Active Aging: Volunteering

Volunteering is important, not just for those you are helping, but for you! Volunteering can create intrinsic goodness and well-being for you. That of which can be passed onto others. By volunteering, you can meet new people, learn others’ stories, give them hope, and experience new things.
